We collect and deliver vehicles to and from clients, including delivery of new vehicles that come into Portbury Dock.
Due to expansion we are looking for the following:
Administration Assistant
Location – North Bristol (Will need own transport)
Working with a small team in a vibrant, friendly logistics office
Some knowledge of logistics and vehicle movement would be helpful but not essential as full training will be given
General administrative duties to include:
- Answering emails and phone calls
- Data input and approving and processing invoices
Competitive salary to be discussed depending on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

PART TIME BOOKEEPER 1-2 DAYS PER WEEK (flexible days)
Location – North Bristol (Will need own transport)

- Book keeping
- Full training on our system will be given
- Knowledge of Xero would be an advantage

DELIVERY AND COLLECTIONS DRIVERS
£350-£650 per week
Bristol/Swindon/Bath/Chippenham. Southwest/South Wales
We are currently looking for drivers who live in the above areas to deliver and collect vehicles nationwide using the latest handheld technology. We work with BlueChip companies, and you will be delivering and collecting a diverse range of makes and models of both cars and commercials across the UK
IVS are based in Bristol, but drivers will start their day from their home, and will be given their daily jobs to complete for each day. We need candidates to be resourceful, but we have a team based in our offices who will work with you and support you
Full training will be given on inspecting a vehicle, and on the use of the handheld, you will be given uniform, trade plates, fuel card, and you will be insured by us, although the role will be on a self- employed basis, don’t be put off by this, we can also give you assistance in managing this aspect

For the Role:
Over the age of 25
Hold a UK licence for more than 5 years (Eu Licence not accepted)
No more than 6 points on your licence.
No motoring offences on your licence within the last 5 years with the DVLA Codes IN10, DR10, TT99 etc
Off Road Parking/driveway required
